To Clear Blinding Mists Of Misunderstanding
Received Wednesday, 7 p.m. PARIS, Sept 21. Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Indian Ambassador to Russia, called tpday for a meeting of six heads of States — two from the East, two from Europe and President Truman and Marshal Stalin. The purpqse of the meeting would not be to achieve political results but to break through "the blinding mist of misunderstanding." , Three-himdred delegates attending the fourth general conference of Unesco, applauded Dr. Radhakricnnan's plea.
