Received Wednesdav, 10.55 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 20. In a surorise move last week, South Africa took repavment in sterling of all the remainder of her eold loen to Britain. The amount of the loan outstanding and paid off was £12.463,425. The South African action saved "Rritain money because she would have had to pav about £18.000,000 if repayment had been left until after devaluation.
