Received Wednesdav, 9.55 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 20. The Vickers Viseount jet airliner has been granted the British norj mai category certificate of air^ | worthiness. This is the first turbine engined aircraft in the world to be granted such a certificate. I The Viseount had its first flight in July, 1948, and it has flown 290 hours since then.
