Lee, of Celia Street, Stratford, a keen horticulturist, who has built up a valuable collection of bulbs over many years. Mr, Lee.. was renting a house in Ariel Street till a few weeks ago and made arrangements with the owner to leave the bulbs till they were rea'dy toi lifting.
