Personal. Mr. A. Mudgway, of Te Horo, followiiig a successful operation in the Palmerston North Hospital, has returned to his home. Footballers' Busy Day. Two teams i'rom Otaki visited Petone on Saturday and played frien,dly matches. Although they. were not the victors, the day nevertheless proved most enjoyable and they were royally entertained. Following the games, which started at 9.30 a.m., an adjournment for luncheon took place afier which the visitors were conveyed to Athletic Park to watch the Australia-New Zeaiand test. It is understood arrangement are in train for Petone to visit Otaki this coming weekend.
