At the seven ' Bar Garrette was showing the way to Bramble Leighon, Precedency, Parlous, Mr. Pym, Kippo, Tilting, Mission, Lord Holland and Bronstar. There was little change at the six and it was as they rau to tlie half -mile that Tilting anu Lord Holland moved forward to be with Bramble Leighon as thev straightened up for the run home. Otliers well in the picture were Parlous, Bronstar and Snow Saint. In a great finish Bronstar won brilliantly by a neck from Parlous and Lord Holland, less than a length away, just beat Snow Saint, Mission, Silver Pal and Mr. Pym. Golden Spa finished brilliantly and won by over a length from Tommy Gun which headed Opulent just short of the line.
