Reports Of Russian Troop Movements
LONDON, Sept. 3. The British licenscd Hoeial Deinokrat says that every night since Augnst 24, new Soviet ■ troops have been arriving by ships in harbours on the German Baltic eoast, says Reuter's Berlin correspondent. Most of them are tougn battle seasoned soldiers wlio are being seattered th rough the Eastern Zone of Germany, principallv in Dresden. The Social Demokrat, whieh is usually reliablo in reports from East-ern Germany, says that Russia is using German tyorkmen to eonvert German fishing boats into minesweepers and minelayers at thp Baltic port of Rostoek. Russia is also training the German People 's police to operate Russian tanks.
