Party Leaders In Cuba Assassinated
Eeceived Friday, 7.40 p.m. HAVANNA, Sept. 1. Senor Guillermo Salazar, Revolutionarv Party leader, and Senor Francisco Cristobal were assassinated today. Their assailants were believed to be members of a rival poMtical party. Salazar anddiis .sister Senora Eflgenia and Cristobal were entering a motor car when shots were fired from two other cars. Both men died instantly. Flfigenia was seriously wOunded. The assailants escaped after exchanging shots with the police.
