Aid For Bolivian Rebels

Received Fridav, 8.50 p.m. NEW YORK, Sept. i. The United Press Santiago correspondent says tlie Bolivian rebels are receiving arms and money from at leasi one foreign Power, travellers from Ea Paz said today. The revolution might yet become a civil war they stated, but the Government was vcry strong and would eventuallv subdue the uprising. The travellers said La Paz was completely fortified and all railvvays and telcphone communications had been devoted to movoment of reservists and there was a great infinx of conscriuts to the city.
