LONDON, August 28. 1 The British United Press Belgrade correspondent states that well informed Communists in Belgrade say the Yugoslav Government is corisidering the possibility of taking Russia before Dnited1 Nations if she continues what they call "her intolerable meddling" in Yugoslavia's internal affairs. They add that Tito will not make this move unless the situation worsens. The Yugoslav Governnient is taking its ease to the outside world. Visas are being granted to almost every reporter from the non-Soviet world, who asks for one. They are all free to travel through the country and see anything they desire. The Yugoslav Transport Ministrv stated that a Russian monitor steamed up the Danube through Yugoslavia on August 12, from Rumania to Hungary and returned yesterdav after defying Yugoslav orders to halt 011 both occasions.
