Levin Man Hurt When Truck Leaves Road

MASTERTON, August 29. When a truck left the main highway a mile north of Eketahuna at S.30 p.m. on Saturday and capsized after going' over a bank, the driver, George Kershaw, of Levin, and . a passenger, Leo Nicholas, of Petone, received injuries which required treatment at , the Masterton Hospital. Another passenger, Peter Davenport, of Pahiatua, was unifijured. Nicholas was trapped insfde the cab' of the truck. for some time and received petrol burns. Both men are making satisf actory progress.
