T'hird, Rr Vinsen, L-. G. Sa/er, R. Ddwnes, B. Clayton, D. A. Fitzgerhld, V. J, Bateman, J. T. Bovis and C. G. Wishart. The Council decided td level off both si'des of Venn Street and lay in lawn before the :planting .of the trees which will take place next Arbor Dhy.
