SANTIAGO, August 22. Thirty-lxve Communists were arrested today in the coalmine zone at Lota where a two-'day sxtdown by 984 miners has just ended. The ' miners, tixed and hiingrv, emerged from the- pits and threatened to attack foxxr "Communisi ringleaders. They claimed that' the Communists had tricked thefn into the strike by saying the whole nation was striking and that a Tevolution had broken out in SantiagO'.' The four ringleaders were among the arrested Communists.
