New Zealand Nurses Killed
SYDNEY, August 21. , - When a motor car skidded on a bend and hit a tree on the Gwydir highway, 11 miles from Moree in northern New South Wales early this morning, five persons were killed. Among those killed were two New Zealanders — nursing sisters emnloyed at the Moree Hospital. . GWENDOLENE DOROTHEA GODBER (possibly of Maretu'ka Rd., Te Puke) and AUDREY ARCHIBALD. Both were-aged 26.
