School Basketball
On Saturday last the Southern dnd Northern Horowhenua school representatives met at Levin and the North emerged victprs. Northern A be'at Southern A^by 11 goals to . three and Northern B beat Southern tB by 16 goals to eight. ■ The senior girls of Levin supplied- the visitors with morning tea, wjhi'ch was greatiy appreciated. •Mrs. W. Galloway an'd Miss C. Cowin refereed the games, while the Southern girls were accompanied by Mrs. Ward, of the Otaki State School.
