With Foochow, the Fukien "provineial capital, and Hangchow in southern Kiangsi, in Communist hands, General Liu Po Chang's Communist troops are advancing rapidly in northeast Kwangtung. Communist troops are sagl to have reaelied the outslcirts of Tayu 175 miles noi'th of Canton. The miiitary - autliorities in Canton have ordered the eivilian evacuation of Kukong, 120 miles north of Canton, on the Canton-Hankow railway . On the Hunan front, the Communists are steadily advancing down the Canton-Hankow railway. One eolumn has outflanked Hengyang, hhadquarters of the National General Pai Chung-hsi. The Communist General Kin Piao's forces'are said to be closing in 011 Leiyang, '20p niiles north of .Canton-.. . 0
