" Mr. Leech said: "Nobody else on earth has greater guarantees of security than the British eitizen, yet today one of the most insecure of the world's people is this same British eitizen. He bears and has long borne great burdens. Now he faces Mill heavier ones. The security he seeks so passionately ahvays is in the future. The allgiving British Government is going broke. There ean he no security for the people when the Government is insecure."
