Two Tragedies Take Toll Of Children's Lives
Ileeeivcd Tuesday, 7 p.m. LOXDOX, August 9. Sixtoen Gerinan children were killed r.nd 21 seriouslv injured last night when a bus crashed into an express train at Rehlesbuseh, 8 miles north of C'ologne. The bus was carrying 80 children home from a summer camp. The level ctossing gates were half lowered when the bus, towing two trailers, lumbered Re ross the line in the path of the Cohigne-Altona express. Manv of the children's parents were awaiting thein at the Rehlesbuseh station. The Associated "Press Belgrq.de corTcspondent says 14 children were killed and 00 injured when a train carrying TO'i children from Belgrade and Zagreb to the Adriatic coast, jumped the tracks • between Ljubljana and Pola.
