The Ministers made their proposal in a communique after they had held two sitcings today— in which Turkey and Greece took their part — discussing final plans for tomorrow's meeting of the twelve nation Assembly. The Foreign Ministers approved the following three-point agenda for the Assembly: Firsciy, the role the Council of Europe can play in the economic field; secondly, the couneil's role in the field of social security; and, third y, the methods by which the council can develop mutual co-opsration between member nations.
