♦ WELLINGTON, A ugust 8. The New Zealand Rugby Union ag reed today to meet Australia's wishes and disallow any replacement' of injured players in this season's tour by the Australian Rugby team/ New Zealand had asked that replacements be allowed until halftime. \ . The union reaflirmed a. decision not to permit Spriggen's Park, Wanganui to be unsed for a Rngby League match. The letter seeking reconsideration of its decision was received from the Wanganui City Council and Couneil of Sport. An application by Auckland to provide training quarters. for the British Rugby team between its arrival and first match, was referred to the tours' sub-committee. Ashburton were grfinted permission to change colours to emerald green with gold hoops and white shorts.
