Plamtiff proceeded agp-inst New Zealand Woolpacks and Textiles Ltd., of Foxton, fpr £607 dainages, alleging negli'gehce On the part of defendahts stich as to cause him injury they were his emplpjferb. The jury fpUhd that; plaintiff was entitled to special damages of £55 2s and general damages of £1Q0, but that he Was guilty of con'trib'utory negligence to the extent of 5Q per eent.
