BLENHEIM, August 4. Probably the highest percentage in New Zealand against compulsory uiiii tary training was recorded at the out lying Marlborouugh booth of Te Roa. Two of the three people who voteu there erossed out the top line. The lonely two, however, were completely out of sympathy with the rest of the province, which earried the proposai Ly more than eight to one.
