Gfaham; said today that-" the commission was satisfied that the sale of. hapi' by measured giasses was a desirable praetice. "It gave eonsiderable thought to the actual pieasurements to be laid down, and knowing that 10 ounce glqsses have become recognised as the standare measure, it coasiderg.d that niultiplfis 0£ the five ounce glass wpre desirable," said Mr. Graham. 1 ' The commission is sapshed with the result of its inquiries that the use of 'giasses of these three sizes is quite suitable. In the interests of the puolic generally it is further satisfied that such giasses can be manufaetured anu supplied in suffieient quantities," continued Mr.. Graham, "but this par1 ticplar decision concer'ns ' ouly tourist houses. ' ' He added: " It provides only for lounge drinking.
