Rinclair, in the Napier Maeistrate's Gnurt to-dav, MacGregor also faced two charires of car conversion to which he pleaded guilty and was committed to the Rnpreme Court, Wellington, for ^'mtence. On the eharge of theft on .Tulv 2 at Wellington of the attache case and monev of a total value of £62, the prormrtv of the Lefrislative Pepartmenf, he Avas remanded to appear at "Wellington on Angust 3.
