BIBLE TRUTII. The Intolerance of the Gospel.: RECOGNISING that. there is only one true, ^saving," God-given "gospel," and that heither angel nor man have any right to change a word of it; let us see how decidedly "intolerant" it is. Matt 7:21, "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord . . : but he that doeth the will of my • Father." "Straight is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." Mark 16:16, "He that believeth not shall be condemned." IJohri 5:12, "He that hath not the Son'of God hath not life." Acts 4:12, "There is nohe other name under heaven whereby we must be saved." Just to show how utterly intolerant of all modern so-called gospels was the ''gospel" of Jesus, let us listen to His words, "If ye believe not that I am He (the God promised Messiah of Israel and King of the earth) ye shall die in your sins," John 8:24. Salvation depends upon belief that Jesus will fulfil God's promises, to Abraham, Gen. 12:3 and 17:8; and to David, 2 Sam. 7:12-16; by reignmg as King over this earth for ever; Psa. 2:7-12 and 72; I-II Isa. 9: 6-7, Jer. 23:5-6, Zech. 14:9, Acts 17:31; Luke 1:33-5. How few believe this part of the true "gospel"? Do you? And do you believe the true "gospel" teaching that the righteous shall "inherit the earth," Psa. 37:9, 11, 22, 34; Matt. 5:5; Dan. 7:27?
