The following have been selected to represent Horowhenua ladies against Wellington senior reserve at Levin on Saturdav at 2 p.m. for the Baker-Parata cup. A bus is to leave Otaki Post Office at 1.30 p.m. Goalie: B. Hakaraia (Raukawa) ; full-backs: P. Roe (Levin) and M. Bishop (Raukawa); halves: o. i Kingi (Raukawa) , F. Royal (Levin) and T. Rikihana (Rahui) ; forwards: Borgia Hakaraia (Raukawa), R. Hakaraia (Raukawa), B. Henderson (Levin), M. Bevan (Rahui) and F. McKenzie (Textiles, Foxton). Emergency: N. Johnson (Rahui) . The- captain is Mrs. B. Henderson. The men's games for Saturday are: — Kimberley A v. Kimberley B, 1.15 p.m. afc Kimberley, Messrs Leask and Waddell; Colts v. Rahui, at Levin 1.45' p.m., Mr. Webby; Te Horo v. Levin, at Levin, 3 p.m., Mr. McDona'd. Trial Games. On Saturday, July 30, trial games will be played at Levin to assist the selectors in finalising the team to visit Masterton for - the week's tournament to be held there. Trial games of 30 minut£s duration will oe played and present plans are for the- Horowhenua team to meet Textiles, Levin-College combined and Raukawa-Rahui combined. A bus will run fro.m the Otaki Post Office on thisdate also.
