WELLINGTON, July 19. Two iinti-coiiscriptlon speakers eu countered opposition wlien they endeavoured to address a meeting outsido the Petone railway station today. The speakers were equipped with amplijyiug apparatus but a continuous cliorus of noise frqm motor liorns from nearby cars, largely nullilied their effoi'ts.
