PALMERSTON N., July 20. While cyC-ing to _ school this morning, Lorraine Avison, aged 16, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. A. AVison, of Palmerston North, received injufies from which she died while being takeh to hospital. It is thought that the bicycle she was ridiiig coPided with one ridden by a companion. She fell on to the road just as a corpora.tion passenger bus was passing, and she waa strtick by a push chair on the front and thrown to ihe other side of the road, sustaining severe head injuries. _ . _
