State House Allocations.
During the quarter ended June 30 in the Wellington, Manawatu, Wanganui, Wairarapa and Horowhenua districts 271 State houses were let or re-let. Of these, 129 were granted to applicants eligible for the preference extended to exservicemen and 142 were to "civilians. Among the civilian allocations were three in Levin and five in Foxton.
