"Miss New Zealand" Leaves For Sydney
AUCKLAND, July 13. "Miss New Zealand," Miss Mary Woodward, left by flying-boat for Sydney this morning. She was farevvelled by her father and sister, Air Eorce Association officials and unipart in the Comnxonwealth Finance gave a haka and all sang "Now is the Hour." "Miss New Zealand" carried a louquet from Tasman Airways and voi'eJa lei from the New Plymouth branch of the Air Force Association.
