What is the difference between mutton and hogget? Mr. J. Morling, s.M., asked this question when a butcher was charged in the Magistrate's Court, Auckland, with a toreach of the Price Control re~ gulations. A meat inspector explained that a hogget was a young sheep with two incisof teeth. And how do you know from the meat how many teeth the sheep had9 as£fd Mr. Morling.
