i Failure of returning Dunedin \ members of J Force to declare ! strings of Japanese imitation pearls } resulted in the sale recently in that city of 394 triple strings of' the ! pearls. A large crowd of women (■ attended the sale, but they were j disappointed because the pearls were offered in lots of 50 strings, [ and were mostly bought by the ' trade. *♦«
