The Levin Fire Brigade was called to a suspeeted outbreak of fire in a 'fiait occupied by Mr. R. Kenny n the second story of Haswell's 3uildings, Oxford Stre.et, Some difficulty was experienced by the brigadesmen in locating the' seat of the troubje and it was later ascertained that smoke was being drlven back and down and through a fracture in a chimney;
