Too Many Hit-and-run Motorists
WHANGAREI, July 4. Patrick Williani Smith, the driver of a motor truck, was fined £20 to-day for failing to stop after an accident. "No motorist has the right to assutru :hat the damage caused by a collision is >mall. It is liis primary dutv to stop.
