Since Friday night traffic accidents haye killed 191, drownings 130 and miscellaneous accidents 76. A heat wave is accompanying the holiday. Chicago yesterday had a temperature of 102.4 degrees, Cleveland 98 and New York 95. New York's beaches were jammed with 3,000,000 people. Coney Island alone atfefacted at 1'east 1,400,000.
