Uprising In Russian Navy Reported
Received Mondav, 7 p.m. VIENNA, July 4. A claiulestine Russian pamphlet Tmrporting to be the orgaq of the anti-Communist elements within the Rod Armv, tells of an uprising ;n the Rusisan Navy in Apri] 1948. The pamphlet, which was found po'pted on na]].s near the .Russian barracks in Viennn. elaims that men of the Russian B]g?k Sea Fleet, suppqrted by residenN of Odessa, launehed art uprising which "was beaten down in blood and tears ])v Rtnlin 's lurelinggj. " The pamphlet adds: "Brutal mmishment ivas inflieted on many disable/1 war veterans who joined the uprising. •' After saying that the overthrow of bolshevism is near, the pamphlet s.Ejyg: 'Tlloody bolshevism is trying to foment a new world war which will ipvolve the whole of mankind. Do not slaehen the intensive organisation of the opposition cells. We shall never be free until we rid oursclyes from BoLhevik oppression.
