WASHINGTON, June 30. The United States is planning to ask Yugoslavia for politieal guarantees of a friendlier attitude as a prerequisite tq any American economic aid tq Tito. State Department offieials to-day denjetj any specific p*lan to seek guarantees on the Yugoslav attitude towards Austria and Trieste but admittml uecotiatiin had been going on in Belgrade, aimed af cutting off Yugoslav aid to the Greek guerrillas.
