Did His Own Plumbing Work
An elderly ' man who underlook his own p'umbing in order to cut down the expense on the home he was building was fined £1 in the Magistrate's Court, Levin, yesterday, when charged with carryingbut plumbing work without a lfcence. Cpurt .costs amounted toi 10s and soiicitors' fees £2 2s. The defen'dant, G. H. Walther, was represented by Mr. N. M. Thomson. Appearing for the Levin Borough Council, Mr. J. P.
