Seventv delegsites f ko 111 all pa-rts of the Bri t'ish Isles and Commonwealth will atteiul the conference and more than 10U9 vetetans have signified their intentiou of taking part in a marcli past and ehureh parade at St, Paul's Cathedral on ' Sunday July 17. The parade will be upder tlie comnland. of Field-JMarshali Earl "Wavell, -will assemble at Mansion ilou'se where the first salute will be taken by the Lord Alayor of London, Sir George Aylwen — himself a South African veteran. " It will then mareh . through. the bornbed section of the eity to St. Paul's where the second salute ; vtill be taken by Field-Marshall, tlie ' Eafl of Athlone'. The conference, which will considei pensions aiul a nuinber of other matters eoncerning the men who served in the South African War, will oeeupy tu. whole of July 16. The overseas delegations, including a eontingent expected from New Zea •land, will be entertaified by a number of service organisat'ions -during their visit to Britain.
