Yirtue, counsel for National Airways Corporation, said ifwas wrong to sav that the nbrnoration hau r)a,id abont £30,000 c.ompensation to the oo-s-t-of-kin of the 13 vm.tims the Kaka crash on October 23. Mr. Virtue ^aid the Comoration had received a number of claims and negotiations were proceedings rwith the persons eoncerned with a view to Teaching a settlement, bnt the amount involved did not even approaeh £30,000.
