The broadcast wdrned Citizens td avoid important highways, warehdiiS'es, railroad installations, piers I and newspaper offices in Shanghki, 'Nanking, SuchdW, Tdinghab, Tifent- j sin and Mingpo. The radio station in Canton said the bombing would be "unprecedented and would not cease until the objectives had been achieved."
