Fattening ewes made 2ls 5a. Wethers were in short supply and the priee roeketed to 50s 9d. Other grown wethers brought 45s 4d and good 2-tooths 44s 7d. The market was better supplied with lambs for which the inquiry was strong , with values "well in ime with reeent buoyant rates.
