WELLINGTON, June 15. The dangers of cycling, particularly among- school children, were discussed at today's meeting of !the New Zealand Road Safety Council. It was agreed thg,t the issuing of warrants of fitness for cycles was impracticable generally. The chairman, Mr. G. L. Laurenson,. said that such a system would be aJmost imnossible to enforce but considerable good could be done by the inspection of and stickers for school children's cycles The council resolved that the school stickers system be extended to all districts.
