His H,onour gave his decision but deferred catering a forni of decree upon agreement between counsek The claim involved the Grand Hotel, Palmerston North, the lessee of which, Authony Marcus Kingsbeer, alleged repudiation by defendant, Gilbert Ralston Glark, of Wellington, ot a contract for the purchase of the hotel and eliattels at £37,553.
