The subject of confiden+ial discussions for severa1 months, the question of establishing bulk storaae tanks in the vicinitv of the Whangarei deep water wharf has reached 'a stage where the land reauired* is hemg made available for three separate tank installations. Already two comnanies have tendered for one section which was advertised for tender last week.
