RUSSIANS HANG ON TO ALLIED RAILWAY TRUCKS.
Received Tuesday, 8.15 p.m. LONDON, May 30. . The Daily Telegraph 's Berlin correa pondent says British officials disclosed tonight that the Soviet controlled railwav administration failed to return 3456 wagons sent into the Soviet Zone since the supposed lifting of the Berlin blockade on May 12. They belong to more than 30 trains lost in the 2one and are additional to 5512 triieks held by the Russians for a year.
