The inflnential Washington Posl today praised the British Magistrat' who freed Gerhard Eisler, for his "fair honest adjninistration of the law."The Post said: "The important poini is that an impartial operation of the law has not been impeded by politiea' eonsiderations. " The Baltimore Sun said: "The simple thing, one might suppose, was for thc British not. to worry too much about legal niceties but to turn Eisler over tc the great nation which wants him back and whereto the British are so deeply indebted.
