Received Mondav, 8 p.m. MELBOURNE, May 30. Commonwealth geologists are investigating rteports of vast uranium deposits in the Hartz Ranges 200 miles northeast of Alice Springs. Senator Armstrong, Minister of Supply and Development, said it was too early to make predictions but that good prospects were apparent. The ore is heavv blaek stone which for years mica miners have been throwing away. The deposits are stated to eytend over 10% square miles.
