Argentine Meat Agreement Called Bad Business
♦ Eeceived Sunday, 7.45 p.m. LONDON, May 29. The Sunday Express described tne trade agreement which the Britisn Government is reported to have reaened with Argentum, as "bad business," The paper says: "After four montlis of liaggling our negotiators have agreed to pay Argentine £96 a ton for nieat. The fnterests of meat producers in Britain and in the Ernpire, have been betrayed."
