Eisler Released By Bow Street Court

Received Saturday 1 a.m.i LONDON, May 27. Gerhard Eisler was discharged by the Bow Street Court after an application for extradition had failed. Sir Valentine Holmes, representing the American Embassy told the Court he was unable to prove that the man in court was ' the man whose conviction in Ame-( rica led to the extradition de- . mand. The German-born Communist Eisler was removed at Southampton from the Polish liner Batory on which he had stowed away in ^New York.
